Cherangani North Corridor
An extension of Kesup's escarpment work north into West Pokot, planned in partnership with pastoralist and farming communities sharing the forest edge.
Community consultations began in late 2025. This project will train and stipend a new cohort of youth forest scouts and establish two women-run nurseries before the first replanting season.
